RPS Contracts Midlands Ltd is a multi-faceted maintenance and project contactor undertaking all aspects of building, mechanical and electrical contract works within the market place. We currently work for a diverse range of clients such as large private corporate organisations, property developers, letting agents, established primary contractors and domestic clients and landlords. We are happy to undertake all type of works related to the built environment, however big or small, whilst still ensuring a high level of attention to detail is applied throughout our clients portfolio.
We currently only operate in and around the midlands region on our maintenance arm but will however consider nationwide contracts where it is possible to be competitive in our pricing structures. Our project team covers the whole of the United Kingdom excluding Northern Island and the Scottish Highlands. All out operative are fully CRB checked, hold CSCS cards and wear full RPS ID cards, sign written vans and full PPE work wear where required.
Examples of such works undertaken would include:
- Reactive maintenance – All types of building, mechanical and electrical reactive maintenance works undertaken on measured term contracts and ad-hoc basis.
- Planned maintenance – Electrical and mechanical planned maintenance schedules managed throughout the year to ensure clients statutory compliance to legal requirements.
- Cyclical maintenance – Identify and carry out various cyclical maintenance and remedial works to ensure the upkeep and efficient usage of premises and minimise any potentially negative impact on our client core operations stemming from emergency reactive repairs.
- Project works - Office fit out and refurbishment works from feasibility studies through to design, installation, project management, building control applications and furniture install for all types of premises and specifications required including security systems and IT installations.
- Design & Install – Full design and installation of electrical, fire alarm and security systems to ensure a high level and compliant installation is present to protect our clients’ assets and give piece of mind and flexibility for the future.
